D'you know....I bet EVERYONE does that! I would imagine that it would be extremely hard to find any driver on the road who is thinking.." I know, I think I'll just have a crash here. Bang up the car a bit, break a few ribs...maybe disable myself and somebody else for a few months....yeah."
And yet...strangely...there are still a lot of rashed. I wonder why? It surely couldn't be that drivers judgement is actually LESS than perfect, could it? I mean, I am sure that the guy who drives at 45 mph past the school, at 3:30 pm in December, IN THE FOG, is absolutely certain that his "interpretation of the situation ...is more accurate" than a permanent limit. So...why have the rules at all?
