Please explain the EXACT meaning of the word 'unable' in your sentence. You seem to be implying that they are INCAPABLE of controlling their speed. Is that REALLY what you mean????

Please illustrate the reasons why you use the word 'unable' rather than the CORRECT word which would be: 'UNWILLING'.

Being honest, old son, you really DO seem to have probelms with our language: 'unable' 'instead' of unwilling, 'entrapment' when you meant 'bang to rights'! This is becoming a 'theme', here!
