"Could the BNP or UKIP really do much worse?"
Well, I had a look at BNP's home page. "British Jobs for British workers" "South-East Asian Gangs Responsible for 300% Increase in Cannabis Farms" "UNCONTROLLED immigration has sent our population soaring" "The shocking anti-British army protest by a group of Muslims in central Luton"
That's almost all of their stories purely on Immigration. There is also an internet poll on whether the Licence fee is worth it or not. The only other news was unrelated to policy. So it's pretty clear their focus is on immigration.
Now, how much does immigration actually personally affect your life? It certainly wouldn't affect your life as much as Education, healthcare, Police, other general services, the law, grants for business development etc. etc.
So do you honestly think the BNP care about any of those other things?
Having a look at their policies: 1st on the list is IMMIGRATION. Need I say more? 2nd is Law and order. Where it supports capital punishment...but omits to account for the possibility we could be wrong. (In fact it seems to deny the fact we could be wrong) 3rd on the list is the economy, click the link and you'll find it talks about "the export of jobs to the Third World, is bringing ruin and unemployment to British industries" and "exclusion of foreign-made goods from British markets". Oh yeah, because that's obviously the greatest threat to the economy at the moment. 4th on the list is Education, which if you read it will become very evident they don't understand the first thing about the issues with education. 5th is agriculture...surely they can't fit immigration into this? But they do talk about "as we move from competing in a global economy to maximum self-sufficiency for Britain."
I can't be bothered to go through more, but the 6th one is Europe. So I can guess what that says.
Essentially if all you care about is getting rid of foreign people for ambiguous reasons then vote BNP. If not, then stay well clear.
