I think I can guess where this discussion will end up, but all the discussion, changing of limits or detecting the breaking of those limits will not matter one jot util someone manages to change the attitudes of the young idiots in Saxo's, the mums in the Chelsea tractors on the school run (and phone) and the worst of the lot, young girls in Ford Ka's who all seem to think they are invincible and immortal.
I would like to see a speed restrictor fitted in every car, position controlled by satalite like sat nav to prptect those of us who do care from those that don't.
