No, they are picked up becasue something about them draws the attention of the Police. How ELSE would you suggest they behave?

And, as you are typing it, please reflect on how many times the Police are CORRECT on their suspicions.

Remember, we STOPPED the 'sus' rules..... and have been FORCED to re-instate the basis of them (without the racist overtones, we hope!) again to CATCH the criminals again! 'Sus', as a principle, WORKS!

Given a choice between me being occasionally being stopped incorrectly and the Police GETTING the bad guys on more occasions, I will HAPPILY accept the former! Like many, you seem to think that the Police are the final arbiter of whenter you ARE guilty or not! They are NOT and that is EXACTLY why we have an independent judiciary! Good!
