It's usually done by a fixed camera which triggers when a vehicle enters the filed of view.

How do they book people for speeding if they have NOT 'camera'-ed them nor followed them for a sufficient distance?

I strongly recommened using THAT sort of attitude when you are stopped! That will REALLY impress them! Are you SURE you are NOT the barman in question??? That would make it understandable.

Get it STRAIGHT.... WE employ the Police to keep those who CANNOT be trusted to behave responsibly: LEGAL! My assumption will be that they will USUALLY be CORRECT! Your attitude is that they will usually be WRONG! Good luck wih the Police!
