moonshine, you miss the issue

a welfare system depends on the majority paying in for the minority who need it, this country is not suppling a safety net it is providing a lifestyle choice

yes we get money but we also pay for that money by paying tax......we also choose to start a family and had to have a hard look at our budget to see if we could afford to bring a little one into this world and at no stage were benefits taken into account..why should they, it was our choice why should the tax payer pay

children are expensive, if you cant afford them then dont have them, the welfare system should be there to protect little ones whose parents have had a sudden change in earnings or level of care, not a hand out for everyone who fancies one

should the test for driving be harder, yes, should there be a test for parents yes.......will never happen but dont blame me for dreaming and questioning where our hard earnt taxes go

Ł1000 for every child born, not means tested for 16 years, i am paying for that, you are paying for that, every worker is paying for that

money wasted like this is taking money from the people who need it and what welfare is designed to do....help the people who have fallen on hard times or been unlucky not to give money for choices they made
