GP2 cars for 2009 ! If as I imagine, a few more teams will pull out... don't be surprised to have GP2 teams filling up the grid with some form of equalization formula. Alternatively switch the entire series to GP2 cars.

The economic situation is far more serious than people think and its getting worse as every day passes. Renault, RBR, STR, FI are all considering pulling the plug. Williams look to be on dodgy ground and I wouldn't be surprised if BMW and Mercedes are far behind the others.

Leaves a pretty bare grid doesn't it.
