That was my point - I think it all kicked off because Martin said he could adjust for it - and then couldn't.

If he'd said "Regulations say its purely on time, we can't change them at this stage and which heat you're in is the luck of the draw", then we'd have all nodded sagely! :-)

...or lobbied him to put other classes out first

......after all, if it was dry for Q1 and then rained for Q2, its the same luck of the draw
