If the measurements are within acceptable tolerance, would it be acceptable, under MSA regs to balance the engine. This will eliminate any vibration due to a crank/flywheel/clutch/ conrod/piston/plasic fan not rotating true.
It will involve removal of some metal from the crank and flywheel. This process is vital to obtain the best from your engine.
