Sounds like someone had fun yesterday!
I know that GX160s have made it into the 47s last year - 47.69 is in the results and probably as good as you get. Low to mid 48s are the norm, maybe even nearer 49 this time of year.
I suspect the 200s will be in the TKM lap time territory rather than Rotax which tend to be in the 42s, but a few of us were in the 41s last year too. The lap times you see for Rotax can be misleading as some years (2013 for example) the cafe chicane is not used so you would need to add half a second to what you see to compare to the layout used by Prokarts.
If you decide to do a bit more practice, I'll be at Teesside tomorrow blowing the cobwebs out of the V Twin (just a fitness day for me). As Graeme has mentioned before, 200s are running at Warden Law too if you want to race, just be warned that the prices there are much higher than you're used to with Teesside.
