Hi guys,
I've taken on board all your feedback with regards the pitlane procedure. I'm sure you can all appreciate why i'd felt the need something had to be done, and I had seen the system used before.
What we'll do for the next round is;
- Put a marker in the pitlane entrance where the track officially ends.
- I'll extend the 'chicane' further into the pits and they'll be a stop box outside the scrut bay. You'll come to a complete stop there then drive into the scrut bay to be weighed and back out again through fuelling.
- There'll then be another stop box just before the large gate at the end of the pitlane as well as the existing one at the far end of the pitlane.
I know that's a lot of stopping and going, but it should keep speeds sensible and save all the pushing.
