After what seems like an eternity for the summer break, racing resumes at Stretton with Round 6 of the SCSS on Sunday September 22nd.
We have a revised format with an experiment to see if separating the cadets (runningto MSA regs) and juniors (155kg/Bridgestone YDS) helps to boost the cadet grid so would appeal to all cadet drivers, parents and support crew to come out in force and support the change that you requested.
We are also looking forward to a boost in the Honda grids too now that the Kartmania Honda Challenge has finished and I know that several of the clubman drivers have been working hard over the summer to increase pace so this class should be one to watch again. (Pro and clubman classes 180Kg Slicks only).
Subarus will be boosted by a couple of K4a's joining the grid but it would be good to see a few of the old faces making a return as we look towards plans for next season.
The open class will continue to supply the thrills and spills that it has done all season. We will again be running a senior Rotax class, a TKM/others class and a Junior class. Open tyres/weight with the exception of Rotax seniors at 168kg and rotax juniorsat 148Kg
Sign on will be from 8.00am with practice and qualifying starting at 10.00am. £35.00 race entry (£25.00 Cadets) £5.00 Transponder hire (if req)
