I'm rebuilding a Honda GX160 over the winter and want some tuning tips. The kart is being used for fun only so doesn't need to be MSA legal, and there is a crack in the head so i'm going to rebuild it.

So far I intend to fit new piston rings, a new skimmed and mildly ported cylinder head with UT4 valve springs.

What else can I reasonably do to tweak it?
