Yep, F=30 R=20 and we made sure that the kart was up to 103kg (made so much difference). I think we had to add 14-16kg as my lad was also 6 and like a streak of proverbial (28.5kg then).
The seat was not in a 'correct' position as I needed to have it closer to the wheel so he could reach so I can't say how far from the axle it was (as we were and are still new to the karting world & I didn't measure it).
As for weight distribution, from memory we got it L/R to within a kilo 50/50 and F/RR 45/55, but that was from memory (I thought I'd recorded it but can't find it.
Oh and in the wet run the chassis fully high, as I guess you are doing.
