Many thanks to the 56 drivers which took part in Round 8 of the SCSS (final round of the summer series). A great days racing and a fantastic crowd watching too. Many thanks to everyone that braved the cold to offer support and spannering services!
Today concluded the summer series element of the championship so the championship result now show the dropped round and the final summer standings. To reiterate, the summer series has one dropped round for Honda senior, Subaru and open classes but no dropped rounds for the cadets and juniors as it was only a 5 round series this year. The winter series begins next month (Dec 9th) with all 3 rounds to count. The summer and winter series are then combined to find the SCSS overall champions for all classes.
The Winter series runs on Dec 9th, Jan 13th, Feb 10th with the format the same as this years summer series.

Also I'd like to remind you that we still run the Thursday night owner driver sessions throughout the winter and open practice for karts on the first Sunday of every month.
