From my own experience against standard oil. Cool Power - 1% more than 0-30, Race 0-30 2.3% more, Joe Gibbs XP2 - 5% more.

So as RR says unless your driver is able to be consistent then there are other gains to be had elsewhere in developing it and making sure the kart is as well maintained and as efficient as it can be.
