Hi, well my son and I, were recently on a practice day at PFI on our Prokart. My son was doing mid 54s - 54.7s laps, but our kart could do with a bit of work.
Im wondering if anyone can give a very rough, rule of thumb guide. Our kart handles well but, Im guessing that there's more time to find. The tyres are only a few hours old, but have been sat in the garage for over a year. The engines are standard GX160 UT1's with around 20 hours on them - they have not been touched by RPM or any other 'tuner'. There is also a slight crack in the chassis near the weight posts.
I know that there will be a few variables, but im hoping somebody can say that I could expect 0.3s for this, another tenth for that etc.
Thanks,
