Hi Martin. When I suggested the bambino and the progression route we did not have the chance to talk further. The mentor/buddy system will require some legal aspects so we need to discuss this before too long. Howard and I are keen to develop this concept as we have discussed this at some length over the last year. Perhaps we could chat over the Rowrah weekend and invite any other seniors who may wish to have an imput using this platform.
