How is it a "disgrace" exactly when the intention surely appears to be (and I haven't seen the whole letter which I'm told by another dad was nearly two pages...??) an attempt by Nigel to bring some "reflective perspective" to what is happening on and off track?

Quite why as someone who I assume has not been part of any of the on or off track goings on that Nigel is referring to, you feel it necessary to describe the fact that the man has probably spent an evening of his private time to pen some thoughts as a "disgrace", only you can answer.

If you have not been involved in anything, then I would have thought you would read the letter as a sensible and thoughtful response to what's happening within the class you are involved in, from someone who clearly cares enough to spend his own time thinking about and writing a letter to address his concerns, in an attempt to bring some calm and get everyone thinking about what ultimately is (or at least should be) the most important aspect of any sport: enjoyment.

Describing the sending of this letter as a "disgrace"...... please.....
