I know this subject has probably been done to death but I'm a relative Newbie so at least humour me!
I know that torque honing is done to ensure that there is no distortion when you are honing the bore, BUT as you are only trying to remove the oil glaze does this realy make a difference as different people argue as to what type of hone tool to use ie flex hone or the three leg type but Surley it is only effective of the home is true centred.
What sort of HP increases are expected from an engine that is torque honed as to one that is standard
