yes, but the Eco is the only motor with the big losses between crank and output bhp, they were bored to 300cc and tuned to let them compete with the Biland so they actually produced about 30bhp output drive. But the new engines are so much more developed they need to kept standard hp limit or not.

Laptimes for the top drivers on each engine (300cc Eco, Tech-F1, Swiss Auto) are genreally within tenths of eachother, setup can make a bigger difference than the slight power differences between the engines. They just have different power at different ranges which suits different karts to different tracks.

Havnt seen a biland on the grid for a few years but last one that raced did very well, and they certainly have alot of top end that some of the others lack.
