Drivers after listening to some of your comments on classes & regs, some feedback on the following please would be appreciated.
Classes - Pro - Clubmans - Classic Clubmans Sub catorgories Masters & Heavy.
Pro - as is now but with gearing options & free testing.
Clubmans - As now but with fixed gearing open practice no carbon or carbon look alike parts no mag wheels etc.
Classic Clubmans - Standard engines timed crank volumised by allowing 200 gaskets fixed gearing no testing in the week prior to event at event circuit only official practice.
Masters - all drivers over 40 years
Heavy - 195 kilos minimum
General - Weight 185 kilos big foot only for Clubmans classic CIK type bodywork for rest. Controlled tyres no wets at any venue.
As well as overall scoring 6 hr championship 24hr championship a parellel scoring awarded in individual classes with the highest individual team score will be awarded top team trophy, so its possible for a classic clubmans to be championship team winners.
Like touring cars & rally cross used to be.
