Marcus - sorry mate, didn't see your posting until now - but it would have been a bit difficult giving you a run what with the sessions, etc, but I wouoldn't have had a problem....

Greg, I took your advice (and needed to!) when we fitted the new seat - also thanks to the guys on here an JJ for dimensions and advice.

We got the seat in, but its still a little tight, and I will be looking at it again before Le Mans and playing with chain lengths, etc.

The kart started going well towards the end of the session yesterday, and shows some promise. Once the engines are freshened-up and new (straight!!) stub axle installed, I think we should go quite well at Le Mans.

Alan, Alan, Ian and Ian will be pedalling the Wright in the Clubmans/Masters class and I'll be heading up the 'Junior' team in the re-built Solo, which went well yesterday.
