hi guys thanks for all the help I'm sure now after having a good look its a 1997 R1 as it only has 3 bearings spent all yesterday cleaning the oily grim off that seems to of been on it for the last 5 years and gave the engines abit of a service.

am i right in thinking we can run the pro karts with no air filters and just the sponge bit that surrounds them instead? some1 has done the opposite to mine so i've ordered some more.
