What you propose - 4 stroke, no gearbox/auto, no front brakes on an existing kart chassis. I fail to see why you would want to the trouble of this when all you are ending up with in essence is a standard corporate or leisure kart. There are loads of these around using the Honda GX270 & GX390 motors that will do the job without problem. If it is somthing (faster) you want forget it and buy a TKM 4 stroke, Billand, Swiss Auto or even to keep Itpro happy an Arixo. All of these will be better than ANY motorcycle engine option for a std type kart chassis.If you are still not happy and insist on 4 stroke the 450 single class listed in an above post will be perfect on the engine side but useless for your chassis.
