I thought TKMers would jump at the chance of TV coverage as everyone at the festival looks forward to the coverage and the DVD's sell very well.
If you want the TV coverage you need to pay the piper.

If you you want the coverage you need to let S1 know that you want it , they need to have a majority

So if you do or dont want TV coverage then please let them know.
