You will have to dismantle the clutch to change the settings . At the rear of the drum is an external circlip , remove it .You can now pull the inner hub with shoes ans springs out of the drum assembly . Hold the inner hub assembly in a vice and CAREFULLY remove the springs from the shoes . The shoes are now free to seperate from the inner hub . Cleas it all carefully , apply a small ammount of high temp prease on the roller bearing ,now re-assemble in the configuration you want ( see my earlier posting ) , the hardest bit will be locating the springs back properly , you need 3 hands it seems ! Refit to engine and job done . P.S. Between the drum and inner hub will be a thin washer , make sure it is there and it stays there and once tightened onto the crank there should be a small ammount of end float between the retaining nut/washer and the clutch itself or you will destroy the roller bearing very quickly .
