Objectively, IMO, there is some advantage to be found in Cool Power, but not that much and at only certain stages in an engines life and at certain external temperatures.

I've had this conversation with a renowned Honda tuner in the States and his response was 'forget it, we've tried everything and now use nothing but Mobil 1'. So obviously everyone has opinion, just some are more objective than others.
