long time since I done that but I think I remember. The key is to get the piston Top Dead Centre. Once you done that you can remove the rocker cover careful not to damaged the Gasket. Might want to replace that at same time.

Move bar (cant remember proper name) from over the valve. goes from top of value to push tods.

Remove the clips at the top of the valve hold top of value and and the spring and cover should push your finger away.

do no let valve slip inside piston. This is very bad. shouldnt happen if your at top dead centre.

The rest is the same in reverse.

One valve change, Done.
