I would say you need to target a Project One from 2011-2013, the homotogation period is 3 years, but still perfectly legal for something like 6 yearsafter......the earlier karts are different, but still ok!....the 2011-2013 P1 was a bloody brilliant kart for starting off with, we now run a 2014 ZIP eagle and we still get beaten by this type of P1!!......if it helps I sold our 2012 P1 with a good clubman T1 for Ł950 back in March, a mate has just bought a 2012 with a T2 from Gerrard at P1 for Ł1200 for MSA racing, so its worth calling Gerrard at Project 1 as your first port of call, as they get a lot of 2-3 year old karts traded in for new karts and they just want to get rid of them.....just avoid e-bay like the plague, everything is 30% over-priced...... also put a wanted ad on both karting sites, and your mobile phone will light up with competitive offers.
