hi ive got a 2011 project one honda cadet and when setting the chain tension im getting tight spots -and on spinning it chains up and down -and on spinning the rear wheels on the stand no chain connected the wheels seem to have a bit of movement up and down -could this be a bent axle ? and is it acceptable a bit of movement and tight spots?
