Nothing wrong, dont mess with it, that is how they are. the timing is advanced and the valve timing is altered, plus you have the tick over speed higher than is was ever meant to be. I have 2 SPs and both do the same, its like firing on every 8th stroke instead of 4, its not hurting it, just catch it on the throttle slightly to clear it..and then let it settle at its idle speed..
