How do u equate that 3kg of lead is the same as being 1kg over weight. We all start of small carrying lead and as we grow we start to loose it.and this coincides with the drivers gaining more experience and naturally stronger but it is the same for all. In cadets u have 2 years learning then 2 years competing. It takes 2 years to really learn race craft then u have 2 years to use it as best u can.
