I agree with Mark's additional comments.

Be careful to note which version of 'peak' is being discussed and be aware that each Dyno can be ... err... badly adjusted... which will give high or low figures.

The changes of performance between a 'good' weather day and 'bad' one are substantial, too. Really, Dynos are best for seeing if setting X is better than setting Y where the 'tests' are within a couple of minutes of each other.
