Evening all,

One of my colleagues is currently stripping down one of these engines with the reduction gearbox on the side. Having got to the point where it's going back together, he's wondering if there's a certain torque that the clutch bolt needs to be tightened at?

The problem he's finding at the moment is that if it's tightened then the kart doesn't move under load/the rear wheels don't turn, or if it's too loose then there's slip.

I appreciate that this isn't much to go on, but is anyone able to help?
