I had my sons cadet kart shot blasted and powder coated at a local (to me) company, when i phoned for a price, i did ask if they had worked on a kart chassis before, as i was worried what effect it might have on the performance, turns out they had worked on some of the front runners at our local club.
They charged Ł85 and did a great job.
