i must point out that the karts that i've seen that have suffered snap'd stubs wern't 7karts, a couple were Biz karts but don't know what the others were, (Mark 71 you seem to have a very good understanding of metallurgy / young's modulus.!) its strange why people make copy parts when 7karts ones are about Ł20 and will be made well and of high quality materials..
having seen a few snap this year and with Rob saying what he did it just concerned me,
thanks for the advice, i will keep an eye on them but will leave well alone..
