There is no need for spring washers or locktite. And one bolt front and back is fine (either with bottom clamps or through the bracket on the chassis.

If it puts you mind at ease the teams that race this weekend at the 24 hour at Le Mans only have the 2 bolts underneath and they run the whole race without issues in the main.
