You clearl;y enjoy playing with engines. However, I always suggest that you also look at buying an old Air-Cooled 100cc 2 stroke motor. You'll EASILY get twice the power you can from 99.9% of Honda Gx160s and it will probably be a at a FRACTION of the cost.

Yes, I KNOW:-

1) It's a 2 stroke
2) They need repairing regularly (and you DON'T thing a 15bhp Honda will need significant servicing.....)
3) You enjoy playing with engines (which you can ALSO do with your 2 stroke)

I am NOT denigrating 4 strokes..... just suggesting a POSSIBLE way to get a faster kart a a GREAT deal less cost.... while still leaving yourself with 2 engines thyat you COULD race in endurance karting.

This comment will go down like a lead balloon as always...

I am ONLY trying to help you save costs and time! For me, it's a bit like tuning a Corsa..... when for the same cost, you could buy a QUICK car
