The last time I raced with Mick McDonald I remember a kart being untouchable against Mick's beasts on the back straight in practise and when we had a look it had 200 gaskets. As I recall we had a word and they didn't race them.

It doesn't need much of a check but it is certainly a good move if a bit of random scrutineering is undertaken. Most of the time it will be ignorance of the regulations and a bit of education is all that is required.

The 2012 chassis looks awesome. Our leading driver at Warden Law has one and is one fire this year. I am sure I will get a run out soon and we might be over for the winter rounds when they move to the weekend.
