I think that the close association with Tal-ko as far as engines is concerned can affect peoples choices.
We use an MS RZF chassis and it is on the pace with the Talkos that we race. I know that a few use Arrows chassis and there is at least one Intrepid being campaigned to good effect. So, if you are familiar with a particular type of chassis then try that first.
