I have to agree with Kelvin, the racing was fantastic and the result was in doubt right up until the chequered flag.

I watched qualifying from in front of the timing screen and it was very interesting.... hire karts genuinely challenging for pole position.... SPA, a clubmans team ultimately claiming pole (well done Steve!!!)... it was fascinating.

The race truly was a classic. LG and Baron going away at the front and then Baron taking the lead and putting a lap on MS SoCo.... and then, thankfully, the weather changed. It took more than 5 hours for the MS boys to overtake Baron but eventually they did and pulled away in the last 1/2 hour.

Very well done to all involved with MS and to Baron and LG for their efforts.

Bob Pope also deserves a special mention for making TV facilities available to everyone to watch the Champions League Final...Top bloke!
