hi pushpast, I see from your previous posts that you have rebuilt engines in the past and therefore appreciate what's what with Gx160 barrels and how they pull out of shape when torqued up at head and side casing.
Hopefully during previous dealer rebuilds you have had the bores torque honed at normal head bold tightness ( to comply with the honda tech regs)
Presumably the tool you have acquired is suitable such as the machine mart type.
So... all you are wanting, presumably, is to remove any old oil glaze from the bores. To do this I suggest you strip the engines, lubricate the stones with a drop or two of paraffin and just run the glaze buster, at slowish speed, up and down the bore a few times until the ceramic looking glaze changes to a cross hatched less shiny look. Stop and check as you proceed.
Remember you are only trying to remove the oil glaze. When you have finished the glaze busting wash the bore with petrol and check the finish again. If it looks ok you are finished. If necessary repeat the process.
