What does the 1500 cover??? Buying your kart????
Experience is priceless, and going by the people who have entered there will be alot of it about.
Its s mix of a straight chassis, good driver, engines that can keep up with the rest/best (in my experience engines are a big factor, but people will tell you otherwise)
Good tyres play a part, but dont be pressured into putting new tyres on every meeting, its been proven that you can win achamp on one set of slicks (not including wets)
Equipment make little difference, many club championships have been won with people running out of a car and trailer with a limited too box
There is a whole paddock of people who will offer advice and assistance, prokart drivers are good in this respect so limited equipment is not a big deal
