Bleeding might help.

Fill the tank on the master cylinder and replace the bellows and cap. Ask a mate to press the peddle and release one of the bleed nipples. Any air will be visible. Tighten the bleed nipple and release the peddle. Repeat until you get a steady flow of fluid only with both sides. Just remember to keep the resivoir topped up and with the correct dot 5 fluid. My system was rubbing last weekend and a quick bleed cured it.

The benefit of the prokart floating system is that the disc and caliper flex with the axle and should reduce mid corner rub. Dissadvantage is that they are heavier (2 kgs over my standard non-floating system).
