rightly or wrongly the whole pro kart community is pretty well connected offline. A couple of attempts have been done to set up a community but in the end most of them see each other each weekend anyway.
For pro karting in the north west check out the three sisters website. In the the north east its karting north east, and epec/teeside down south you epc and there is pfi in the midlands all have a small online prescence which is easily googled laziness prevents me from posting links. Other than that email dave shaw for mskart info, rpm for engines, brian p for general engine maintenance or post here, its probably the closest you will come to an online community and also if you want to go fast at three sisters then of course me lol
