No one is disputing that lots have been sold or that it is recommended by all the tuners but what is it that makes it so much better than other oils ? especially when the base oil in CP is a synthetic

Is it just viscosity, is it the castor content, is it the "friction modifier", does it contain more zinc ???

If it is all of the above and no-one really knows why it works then say so.

It's just curious that the US karters (who rev their engines considerably higher than we do) seem to recommend other oils in preference to CP.

I'm just trying to understand CP from a technical point of view.
