hi xtreme karts, the main jet size will vary from around a 105-120 on various cam sizes/duration, big valve and no 2 engines are the same so i suggest you experiment with jet sizes, once you get about right on the jet you can then perfect it on the clip position (when setting your carb up properly it is very beneficial that you have a laptimer), its only way to do it really unless you can get it on a dyno.
