The engines will probably be 15.7mm pump shafts, they will also likely have oil alerts, if so under the engine number will be stamped TX4.

The cranks do not have keyways in the shaft, so they will need new cranks. Consider that big ends are the main thing to wear on a GX160, so your old cranks may be worn out anyway.
